I am dealing with a difficult concrete subcontractor. They poured a 30" tall retaining wall and the quality is poor. The wall is only approximately 40' long and 30" tall. In spots the wall is standing 1-1/2" out of plumb. The wall is also 3/4" out of true at each end of a 30" straight edge. The project spec refrences ACI 117. I do not have a copy of it. Can somebody let me know what the tolerances are for straightness, plumbness, and what I would describe as "true" (the wall is bowed in the middle). Also let me know what you think of the idea of wall sawing it true and trying to save it. I think it is asinine myself- they should just take it down and start over. I just want to refrence the spec and tell them it is wrong
