Abu Dhabi Electrical Codes?

My company is going to do some wiring (including underwater in seawater) and wondered if anyone knew what electrical standards they use in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. or know where I can find them, either free or for purchase.

the electricity wiring regulations exist dated Nov 2006 and are scheduled to go into effect in March 2007.
