how to make a cut with a plane in MODFELING.
I have a part file consisting of many parts (like in assembly), in NX7.5

For visualization purposes?
If so, go to View -> section -> new section...
Drag the dynamic csys tool around to get what you want or select from the options in the dialog.

If you have the PMI license you can do a PMI section through your assembly.
