Anyone know of any manufacturers that will custom make 3 lobe journal bearings with specific offsets and preloads for approx 1.13" id bearing by 3" long? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I would give Milwaukee Bearing a call. I've never seen a trilobal bearing with the dia posted in OP.
These people can be strange in the way they operate, but at times I've gotten some very good information from them.
