1. What is the procedure of designing single pile subject to moment and shear(example ultimit moment 2600 Knm, shear 100Kn, axial 200Kn)

Evaluate pile internal forces using P-y analysis, Brom's method, or nomographs (e.g. NAVFAC). Compare to desired pile section capacity.
Evaluate pile tip deflection and rotation, and compare to allowable limits.
Iterate length or size of pile as needed.
