Measurement of gamma prime in superalloys.

Greetings.

Could any expert recommend a method for measuring the gamma prime fraction automatically or semi-automatically, thereby avoiding manual measurement?

In my case, it is for a MarM247 superalloy blade. For example:

Do you have a fully automated SEM?
Everyone that I know still does electrochemical extraction and x-ray diffraction.

No, the SEM used is old. We attempted to utilize ImageJ software, but the "Threshold" function failed to accurately combine black and white, rendering it ineffective. Could you please share any effective methods you have encountered in your professional experience?
