    How to import a drawing

    Hi, I think you don't want to view all others parts in that view. If it so, try with Assemblies > Exploded View > Hide components, or try to "play" with different layers.

    Applying materials

    You must click on View > Render Style > Costumize View and activate materials option in window dialog. Now if you make a click on View > Apply Customized View, you mast see the material applied.
