I am looking for help in designing a remote data terminal to collect employee in and out times. I want the capability to interface with the host computer using rs232, lan, and wireless. I want to interface with the terminal using keypad and magnetic strip reader. Thanks.

1. Initially, suitable products and their offerors could be identified, perhaps over

and type Readers: Magnetic Card under Product / Service, which will return about 78 companies to inquire about magnetic cards, readers and communication. Some have tech support, application notes, and experience with many similar applications that you have in mind.
2. Other things are cost, size, communication hardware/software, communication speed, etc. that are not mentioned in your initial posting.
