I have worked for both of these companies as an inspector for boiler parts and pressure vessel fabrication. The work with QBEK was ALL pressure vessels and they have a good deal of resources and technical knowledge available. PV is based out of Canada and Houston Tx. I think they are more widespread throughout the world but I may be wrong.
