In para. 8 of 234 is there a requirement to tensile strength a sample from each load of finsihed heat treated fittings when the the fittings are cold formed?

In the latest revision of this standard (2002), Chemical Composition is covered in Section 8 and Tensile Requirements in section 9.  Section 9.2 requires 1 tensile test be performed on each heat of material, and Section 9.3 discusses the requirements for cold formed fittings.
