1) Well the scope of appendix VIII, A802.1 clearly covers pipeline risers, so it looks the most suitable section to use to me.

2) Nothing attached. But please spell out or identify which variations you are talking about.

3) This is not a free engineering service or design review service. Your project timeline is your problem, not mine.... I don't need to know about it and paragraphs like that tend to put people off replying. Just so you know.
