We are performing an EN 1591 flange analysis on a loose flange with a non standard geometry. The Stub end is made of GRE, a flexible material. This material is not in the EN 1591 Catalogue. Is it possible to add a new material to the EN 1591 flange analysis material database?

GRE is rather notorious for not behaving like steel so therefore I think no you can't.

For GRe analysis look at the GRE flange codes, not metal flanges.
