Which CAD format are you concerned about? 2D? 3D? Autocad? Solidworks? All? More specific questions get better answers.

I've used 'CAD Assistant' for many years. Mainly for stp files but it opens many more. Android no knowledge of Apple world.

I’m not familiar with CAD viewing apps but I have come across an open source CAD program called Freecad. Will that do what you’re after?

Creo has (had?) a free version that can open native and iges files.
