What is this Material & Specification? Please help 3

Hi All,


I am unsure exactly what the drawing is stating here; I cannot word out what it is? i think it reads - "D.C.D" but unsure. I believe the second and third letter stands for Cold Drawing, but I've never heard of the first letter D. With MXB1113, I cannot find anything about this. is this something from the 60's? this is a really old drawing. Please help
