I've a question regarding the analysis of Deck slab. Generally, we provide the reinforcement mesh A252 or A393 as minimum.
The minimum reinforcement is normally designed for gravity loads.
How can we check whether the deck slab reinforcement is sufficient for lateral loads (Seismic/Wind loads) where we considered it as diaphragm.
And also, how can we design the reinforcement for temperature stresses in deck slab.
