If this is a duplicate question: I apologize,

but in recent additions of SolidWorks (2020-2022) - the Floor Shadow/Floor Reflection automatically comes ON.

How do I make it so the Floor Shadow/Floor Reflections are OFF by default? It's certainly no trouble to turn them off manually, but it's just annoying. Is it possible?

Start a new model file, change the required setting and save as template file, overwriting the existing one. Do for both Part and Assembly templates.
