In a system of transport of water of formation in pipes of 4 in and 6 in, we have serious problems with the internal coating of the material, there has been blistering in the internal coating of the pipe, corrosion and erosion in fittings example 90 ° elbows , loss of material due to corrosion on the faces of the flanges and loss of material due to corrosion in the Oring, the internal coating of the pipe is TK505 and the coating on the accessories is Plasite 7159, I appreciate your help with references from companies that make internal coatings in pipeline or in turn with bibliography of the subject or documented cases.

Operations conditions:

Operation Pressure =2000 psi

Operation Temperature:220°F

Fluid: Formation Water with % od CO2

Pipe Material: API 5L X42 PSL2
FLANGE MATERIAL: ASTM A105
