Greetings:

There is a Parasolid attached for this help. Basically, we have a sheet metal part sitting on a plate that matches the contour of the part. I need to install a groove around the perimeter of the part, starting at the edge of part and is .25" wide and deep enough to expose a vertical wall and using a .25" ball tip cutting tool so the bottom is a radius. It also needs to follow the consistent depth around the perimeter with respect to the contour surface. I reached out for help with a previous part, which worked great. The challenge with this one is there is an edge of the part that needs to be other-than parallel with the buck. I'm not sure how to combine the two grooves.

Thanks in advance for your help.
