Hello Everybody

I have an Amada FO laser machine with FANUC 16iL controller. moving system is linear drive by Fanuc.
We have found oval error, approx. 120um, in cutting small circle, Diameters less than 30mm, in high speed cutting, more than 4000 mm/min.

my accessibility to Amada service is so difficult.
could you please help me to find problem and fixing it?

we have the same machine with the same problem our service tech is changing the racks and the pinion gears on the x axis drive gears. racks have been changed but not pinions yet it has improved but not yet perfect

but the moving system of my machine is linear motor not Rack and pinion, I have heard Fanuc has a software to tuning axis. Is it right? if anyone has this software, could you please help me?
