You need to put the axis in the reference set model (in your 3D part).
Reference sets are used to Show or hide Geometry in views.
If you go to the "reference Set" menu (Don't know exactly where it is from head, but you can find it using the command finder)you see a number of reference sets.

[li]Full[/li]
[/ul]
If you select from that menu the ref set Model you will see which geometry is in there.
You can then select you axis to add it to that reference set. Now it will show on your drawing as well. Drawings, out of the box, will show everything which is in ref set Model.
Take into mind that you also need to make the Axis layer visible in view.
