We had our head hit a part that was sticking up from the sheet.Now we are not able to home our machine and we can only move the

3 axis by the hand wheel only.we are receiving alarm code 2104

I am not quite sure how to do that since the machine will not home out and the only way we can move any of the axis is with the hand wheel

you don't have to be home to do this, turn ON your TRACE OFF button then perform ur head calibration my code for that is O8010. my machine is an Amada FO 3015 hope that helps,

Thank you for your help LaserSyder but our machine is a LC3015B3EX wish it was fiber op

my laser isn't a Fiber Optic laser its a C02 laser don't know what the FO stands for lol do you have an old cone you can swap out? you might have damaged the cone.machinegun
