That's pretty bad. Could be a failure of the imagination that a remedy cannot be found, but the rest of the article details deliberate deception, so...

That article is from 2011. We discussed the structural issues extensively then. Searching the site for "Harmon Tower" will give you a lot of information.

I think the building has been demolished.
