I needed some help with this topic. I needed to know what should my cutting cond. be when using HRS 0.375 using oxygen? I have a Amada Laser FO3015

Full power, full frequency full duty. 1.4mm nozzle 0.06Mpa 0.03 inch nozzle gap. -0.080 on the focus. Thick on the A/O setting. Around 70 ipm.

hey Hector do you have an Owners Manual for your Amada F03015? we have the same laser but cant seem to find an Owners Manual no where Thank you

I got back to cutting the hrs 0.375 material, my cuts were coming out except on the corner dege seems like the laser burned in the material a little too much. What can I do differently to fix that? right now I have a feed rate of 40 power 3000% freq 1000% duty 85% nozzle gap is 0.0591. Or would this problem be the edge data info? its only in this one corner edge besides that my cut is clean all the way around. Can this be material issue also?
