I have a 3D model(resembling to cylinder but does not have a smooth surface) and want to fit a circle(on x&y axis) INSIDE it at some intervals(z axis). and i want to get the radius of the circle as a result at each interval. Does anyone know a file tht does it?

The above is a good program but it does not serve my purpose. Even if there are hundreds of points in the plane and just three points on the inside, it should be able to detect and draw the incircle through those three points(please dont be alarmed, my data is not absolutely random. it is actually a surface of a cylinder like model but uneven).
