Mathcad v14 (demo version) print preview problem

(OP)
When I tr to look at the print preview of a document the program immediately shuts down, exits without a chance to save the data and a popup window says "an unknown error occured". It happens to all my documents (previously made in version 11). Print preview in a new empty document works ok. Any help??

Maybe because the demo version does not allow printing?

The bug's origin is with Micro$oft. It has hit other applications as well.

RE: Mathcad v14 (demo version) print preview problem

We can point fingers as to whether this is Microsoft or PTC are at fault.  Microsoft update broke the product, but Microsoft made all partners aware of the updates well in advance, so they could have found this for themselves (unit testing anyone).  But PTC has a fix for this.... the problem is that you have to pay for a Maintenance Plan in order to get the bug fix, even though you just forked out for the new product!!!
