Drafter menu will not load in AutoCAD

Drafter menu will not load in AutoCAD

I have just installed the VDP program, re-booted, dbl clicked the VDP icon, and when AutoCAD 2006 loaded the drafter menu icon does not appear in the pull down menu. What is the text script entered into the AutoCAD command prompt line to load it manually?
