please suggest me any book which can give me the design of oval or non-circular shape horizontal bunkers or tanks. The ends of the bunker shall have dished ends.

alternatively, does ASME Sec VIII support for above design. If so, suggest me the relevant ASME details.

Yes, you have App.13 to ASME VIII Div.1 for non circular vessels.

I have a pdf file you may find useful, it covers the derivation of the ASME square vessel formula and other useful information on non-cylindrical vessel design. It's about 1.5 meg in size.
