dynamic assessment of an external store

Does somebody  knows about a software able to assess the vibrational dynamic response due to specific flight conditions? what is needed is something to connect between the store configuration and the flow field, vibration-wise, not airodynamic forces.
-for example: If I connected an external store to an airctaft wing, using some kind of configuration connection, what will I expect the dynaqmic response to be, due to specific flight conditions, Mach No, altitude ... ?

RE: dynamic assessment of an external store

I am assuming that you are wanting to set up a data acquisition system. You can use pretty much any software package that will allow you to get data from any accelerometer input and perform power spectral density from an FFT. The ones I have seen used a fair amount are Matlab and LMS. I'm sure there  are many, many more out there.
