xtop.exe - application error on WF2

I'm new to Pro-E and this forum. I'm very hoping that anyone can help me solve below problem.


When I execute Pro-E WF2, the error message pop out " xtop.exe-aplication error, the instruction at"0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".


May I know anyone can help me? I'm using winXP Pro

Was it working before? Is this happening just when you're starting Pro/E or while you're using it? Need more info to help.

it was never work before once it. this error message will pop outjust whenstarting pro-E.

I would suggest a reinstall just in case there was some corruption somewhere. If that doesn't work - contact PTC tech support.
