Hi, I'm running SW06 sp0.0 on an 64 X2 4200+ AMD processor, 2 gb ram, ATI FireGL V3100 pci express GC and Raid 0 HDs. I'm experiencing regular short freeze-ups, and also the occasional crash (every 2 days, give or take). I tried swapping out various hardware, but noticed nothing that appeared to make a difference. I'm currently running 32 bit Windows XP, is it possible there could be a conflict between that and the 64 bit processor?
Thanks

Thanks, the driver I'm using is 8.163.1.0, I'm thinking that would be newer than what you suggest.....correct me if I'm wrong

Both ATI and nVidia have made huge improvements in the dualcore support in their recent drivers, so start with the current FireGL driver:

Also try to disable 'cool & quiet' in your bios.
If you have an Asus mainboard check the 'peg-link' setting in the bios.
