Working the Structure

To all; I am 2nd year API 510 inspector an starting a new turnaround next week. On this job I will be working the structure. My past experience is towers and drums with little to no experience on the structure. Can someone point out some of the main components of the structure and the inspection back ground. The discovery work is complete so for the most part it will be repairs but I would like an idea of what I am walking into. Thank you!!

What have you asked your boss and the project manager so far?
Do you have the estimates and the job scope for YOUR part of the work yet? If not, WHY NOT?
What is your part of the budget, and how does your boss and the PM want you to control it?
What is YOUR job order number, and how will YOU charge YOUR part of the job?
Who do YOU have working for you and how will YOU communicate your daily and hourly needs to them?
Who is your foreman and general foreman, and what do THEY need?
Who is the project general foreman and what have YOU asked HIM that YOU will do to make HIS job easier faster simpler and safer?
Do YOU have YOUR PPE and YOUR safety gear ready?
When is the shift turnover briefings and site kickoff meetings, and what does yourt PM want to say (or NOT to say!) at these meetings?
Who is your customer and what do they want?
