Any idea how I can connect PSL 5-1/2" x11-7/8" w/ W8x67 ?

Thank you?

For an uplift load or just to make a positive connection? End of the PSL or continuous?

Sketches are extremely helpful...

Simpson strongtie has many different connectors. including most that can be welded to steel beams.

Two clip angles or bent plates on each side of the PSL, weld or bolt angles to steel beam. Through-bolt vertical legs of angles to PSL.

Assuming there are both flush in the floor - IF there is a nailer plate bolted to the top of the W8 AND that is level with the top of the LVL, you could use a top flange style hanger.
That W8 is 8" wide so maybe a little torsion on it so... make sure it can be resisted. If not, a version of JAE's clip angles could work if attached to the W8 web and sufficient bolts thru the LVL to resist the slight moment of the connection eccentricity.

As has been suggested, eccentricity is not your friend here. Alot of times, I will use another I-beam in lieu of the LVL just to make the connection easier.
