Witness Line Length scaling with Witness Line Offset distance

Hi,

I have some witness lines on some dimensions referencing a number of rounds and fillets. It seems like the Witness Line Offset value in Drawing Properties affects the length of the witness lines displayed. With Rounds scaling proportionally to the offset value and fillets scaling inversely proportionally. The witness line offset value I am using is 1.0 mm. If the offset value is too large, witness lines are not displayed for fillets at all.

Does anyone have a solution to make the witness line length not scale with the offset distance? (example pic attached with both round & fillet)
