Hi, We use over 50 wire ties to tie cables onto frame.Has anyone seen an application like this? Wire clip location is very important so that it should be tight enough.

With wireclips on cable we want to snap them in weldment.Frame holes can be changed so we don't have an issue with that.

I mean Wireclips on cables. I Could not edit the submitted post.

What kind of cables are you talking about?
- push/pull cables
- battery cables
- brake cables

And what kind of wire clips? Attach a picture or manufacturer/model.

Are you looking for a source/vendor/manufacturer for wire clips like that? Try Panduit, Richco-inc, Tyco electronics or any of the thousand other companies who make those.

If your question is simply anyone seen an application like than then..Yes I have.

Sorry for vague reply. I mean is anyone receiving wireclips attached to cables from a supplier.

Thanks

Sure... our cable/harness vendors will do anything we want... If they don't we will easily find someone else. I've had labels/tags/wireclips/rubber grommets,etc... attached to harnesses/cables.

Do you know any vendor apart from Panduit, Richco-inc, or Tyco?

Thanks

What's wrong with those?
ITW fastex..

Try google for "arrowhead cable tie" or "barbed cable tie" if those top vendors are not enough... Heck just call the company/distributor you are currently buying your cable ties from and tell them you need a barbed or arrowhead tie and they will source it for you..
