I registered my first patent in the art supplies category. For the past six months I am looking for a manufacturer that can produce a simple 14 " flat, 5/8" wide 'U' (zig zag) pattern wire form. Not a spring, it is flat and smaller in dimensions then a conventional spring. 3/4" tall and 5/8" wide per one pattern that is repeated about twenty times. the material I am looking for could be 11 gauge stainless steel wire.
I spent tons of hours to find somebody locally and even more researching the internet and it seems like nobody has a machine that will make these simple part.
I would appreciate it greatly if somebody could point in the right direction.

Thank you so much. I did send them an email yesterday.

John Rakus is my contact there. He quotes all my laser cutting projects, and I believe he quotes wire forming projects as well. Rockford Specialties is a good group of people, and will treat you well.

dear Sir,
I am really greatfull for your help. I spent months looking for someone too produce this part without result. Last week I received the metal wire from Rockford Specialties and it was just fine. As you sad they were very nice and efficient. I was dealing with Lisa Stankey and she was great. thank you sooooo much, eva roffe.
Maybe, you can help me to find someone that can make an inexpensive mold for a small plastic/silicon part. I did find some but they are all very expensive.
