wind turbine foundation

So my main question is if anyone knows the rough cost of building a rock anchored foundation for a large wind turbine (upwards 1.5MW)? If you know the answer to these questions that would be great too: 1)the cost of blasting bedrock for the foundation if necessary & 2)how long does this type of foundation usually take to construct? I am just trying to throw together a report and this is the last information I need.

I usually find the best way to answer questions like this is to call a contractor that does it. Normally they are willing to help, since they usually like to stay on the good side of those involved with possible future work. Even if you don't know them, give it a try. Besides it gives them an inside info on a possible job before it is known publicly.
