Wind loads in Africa

Hi all

I have a question but I'm not sure there is a reliable answer.

I need reference wind speeds for Nigeria, Angola, Sudan, Mozanbique and Kenya.

Does anybody know where I can find all or part of the information. It concerns structural design of relatively simple structures. Basically a single storey box.

Obviously, we can guess and probably be conservative but does the information exist? I don't want to sound predjudiced but I don't associate Sudan with sofisticated structural codes.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
