wind load roof open structure

Can I use table 27.6.2 ASCE for for a shed where no walls, only roof.

Technically, you can not.

Ch. 27, part 2, does not apply to open structures. You need Ch. 27 part 1 which covers open, monoslope free roofs. That said, in a pinch I can see the tables being conservative for a quick check of the MWFRS on a shed roof. The shed design is probably controlled by components and cladding anyway.

Any free excel for this. I only see for enclosed structure. I'm checking the anchor bolt for uplift so I'm doing MWFRS. 27.4.3 formula is not complicated but an excel would be nice for faster repeated calcs.
 
You can look into Alex Tomanovich excels if you want guidance for this.
 
I dont think Alex wind excel has open structure with roof. His excel got enclosed with roof and open structure but no roof.
 
Roof Overhangs are addressed in ASCE-7-10 Sections 27.4.4 and 29.7. Not exactly the same as your case but similar.

All I know is P/A and Mc/I
