Wind load-odd shaped building

Please see the attached sketch. My question is in regards to wind load on this odd/angular shaped building. It would probably be conservative to treat the two portions, A & B, as separate buildings (as shown in the lower sketch) but I am wondering how the code(ASCE 7-05) addressees the issue. Keep in mind that the building is essentially one structure. So would it not make sense to apply the load in two perpendicular directions as shown on the top sketch?

Don't forget the diagonal case. Tt looks like you would have a larger projected area if the wind was from southeast to northwest. The wind pressures might be less, but the area they're applied to are more.

I tend tp agree with Jed.. Iusally just break it down into sections and use worse conditions. I might just take the overall worse ondition and apply it across the whole build unless I am trying to save a few bolts or nails
