Wind Load Calculation Spreadsheet

I have seen a Excel Spreadsheet that calculates wind loading for ACSE 7. Can anyone direct me to the original source? I don't expect to get it for free and I don't want to download it from the Kervlakistan Hackers-R-Us website.

i have used

and it costs around $290 but its worth the price. Sometimes they give discounts. ITs good for wind loads seismic and other. i mainly use it for parapets, sign boards roof top units etc.
