One of my coworkers is having a curious issue. He is representing stamping into a part by overlaying a sketch with text on an extrusion. He is not performing an extruded cut to reduce the graphically intensive features on the part. However, when he creates a new drawing, the text comes in substantially smaller on the drawing than in the sketch within the part file.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Sounds like the printer isn't recognising the font used in the sketch. Is the font used in the sketch, the same as other annotations which do print correctly?

Does the print preview show correctly?

Is the problem on paper after printing or when you create a .sdldrw?

It's in the dwg for solidworks.
Its SW 2010 SP3, and running in XP, 32 bit i believe
