I have a model with 40+ configurations. I have several layers of sketches that are all tied to a single main feature. None of the sketches are tied to each other. This is verifiable via the parent/child relationships window.

All of the configurations in the configure component window show up with the proper items either suppressed or unsuppressed. however, upon switching between the configurations. Some sketch layers become suppressed inappropriately. The configure component window will still show these sketches as being suppressed. How do i fix this?

Are the same sketches always in error, or random sketches?

If it's the same sketches, try deleting all the constraints for that sketch to see if the problem persists.
NOTE: Make a back-up first.

If it's random sketches, submit to your VAR as a bug.

That's the interesting thing about this, there weren't any constraints or parent/child relationships, that was the first thing that I checked.

Exactly, the design table has everything suppressed//unsuppressed correctly. But SW isn't reflecting that....
