Why the "Gasket" is Not list in the stiffiness behavior

Hi

I am try to model a flange with gasket, I have set the gasket material, but there isn't "Gasket" in stiffness behavior, as the attached picture, Only "flexible" and "rigid". How should I add the "Gasket" to the stiffness behavior.
