Who manufactures Ultra Extenstion Heavy Duty Drawer Slides

Can anyone tell me companies that manufacture Ultra Extenstion Heavy Duty Drawer Slides... the types found in ATMs?

Sugatstune used to make them but has discontinued them.

Tuma seems to make them, however their website barely works and I cannot seem to contact them.

Can anyone recommend any other manufacturers?
