I have some poly strapping that I want to have tested by an independent source for comparision. Does anyone know of any labs that provide tension testing on poly materials.

There are many labs out there for tension testing polymeric materials. I recommend contacting one of the Stork facilities. Stork Techniment in New Berlin, WI is the one I use most frequently:
