Which driver for Radeon 9250 and WF3

I`m having a trouble with WF3 and Gigabyte Ati Radeon 9250. When I start creation of a new part and hover with cursor above reference planes, they highlight ON and OFF too slow, they need about 1-2 second to render. I think the problem is in graphic card driver, and I would like to ask does anyone know which driver version is suitable for Radeon 9250. I heard about Omega drivers and I dont know could they help. Is there any other moded driver for Radeon 9250?
