Hello!! My name is Hoon Kyu Lee work for Hansol located in Korea.

During 3 days I was searching whole EU directives.

Nevertheless, I can't find concerning Incinerator's manufacture directive which is Fluidized Bubbling Combustion. It is operating bellow condition.
1.850~900 degree
2.very low pressure (-8~-5mbar)
3.Inside has refractory.
4.Sewage Sludge Incinerator.

I was submitting Declaration of Conformity at Directive 2000/76/EC to contract engineer. But CE was not acceptable my document because it's directive is not equipment.(but she didn't know collectedly also about EU directive)

Here is in Poland. I have to go my home town as soon as submit. It is an urgent job for me. Please help me~~~~

I was not aware of directive 2000/76/EC but after a quick look on the directive I'm pretty sure that this is the applicable standard in Europe for waste incinerators. Why do you think (or somebody else) that this is not the correct standard?

Thanks.... Our Contract Engineer~~

2000/76/EC is the applicable just Incineration Plant not Incinerator's manufacture. That's why I want to find something~@@

Thanks~~ my final choice is also 2006/42/EC~ ...But it is not exactly matched...
