Where do I download WF3?

Does anyone know where WF3, which was supposedly released om March 17, can be downloaded?

It won't be there unless you request a license upgrade to WF3. Once your license has been upgraded, then it will show up on that page.

I downloaded and installed it last week.
I received my CD's on Tuesday.

Yes it is there, promise fulfilled.

I will hold off on comments relating to functionality promises fulfilled!

I've been waiting for this since Mar 17.
I wonder why they make this so convoluted. I find that their website is very hard to find things on.

It is on the PTC website. I downloaded it last week requested by new codes and had it running on the weekend. This week The actual CD's, installation guide etc came early this week.

Dear me, my maintenance expired 2 days ago.
I never received any notification from PTC. I expected a quote to come, but it never came. I am trying to resolve it with my maintenace guy.
They already issued new codes, but I can't get anything through the website yet. They sent out the CD's. I guess they didn't pick up on my address change in my account.

I agree that this was the most akward way possible for PTC to roll WF3 out. I don't ever recall having to request a license upgrade before being able to download or order updates. Lots of people were totally confused since WF3 C010 was there plain as day and then when the production date (Mar 17) arrived all mention of it disapeared! I had to request code updates twice before they got me R27 codes.

I installed it yesterday and found 2 bugs immediately. I'm sure there are lots more.

Did they sucker you with a "free module" but hide the fine print that you were going to pay full maintenance on the list price of that module for the rest of your life? You can turn down maintenance on modules you don't need. Of course, they will stop working too. You will have to kick and scream a little and you will have to do it every year.

Locked, I guess, means locked to the maintenance. Do you mean that if you stay current with, say, foundation advantage only, and you have AAX and ISDX, that they will stop working with upgrade to WF3 foundation advantage?

In my situation the expiry date was Mar 28, and WF3 was released on Mar 17. I think they should still upgrade my AAX and ISDX. Do you think they will honour that?

If you pay your maintenance on Foundation Advantage only and get new codes for WF3, then you will not have AAX and ISDX functionality. You should be able to still run WF2 with all the modules with the new codes. There is an entry for each module listing the highest revision level that will run.

Since WF3 F000 was suposed to be mailed out to all users with active maintenance on March 17, you may have a leg to stand on. Did you get the CDs? Typically, when maintenance ends you loose all support until you get a new support contract.
