Where can I find the joint probability distribution of rainfall intensity and duration for Texas?

Hi,

I'm trying to locate joint probability distribution of rainfall intensity and duration for Texas. I looked at NOAA ATLAS 14; It only provides duration-intensity pair for a specific return period. Since I'm trying to generate samples for probabilistic flood analysis, a joint probability distribution of rainfall intensity and duration might be ideal. Do you know where I can find one?

I recall that its NOAA 14 Vol. 11. But definitely double check with local reviewing agency that will approve your design.
