When to consider Fatigue analysis

Hello dear members,
Could you be able to guide me when to consider fatigue analysis? I mean the pressure vessel might be undergoing some cyclic loading, but how many cycles will required to be considered for analysis? Does Div 1 has that guideline?

I do not think Div 1 has that guidance.

You have to refer to Div 2 . Read para 5.5 there. Also read Appendix 46 of Div 1 code.
